Term of Service:
You may choose to terminate the services provided to you at any time you wish by providing us a written revocation notice. In the event content submitted by you has been
incorporated into OPS advertising or promotional material prior to your revocation notice, it shall be deemed irrevocable for a period of (1) year from the date of your revocation
notice. OPS may suspend and/or terminate your listing(s) without warning to you at any time.
Fees:
You acknowledge that OPS reserves the right to charge fees and change these fees at our sole discretion. You are not eligible to receive any unused portion of fees paid if
your listing(s) is terminated for violation of our terms.
Password:
You will be provided with a 10-digit ID Code that is used to identify registered members. This ID Code does not give you or any third-party access to private information
supplied to us.
Content:
Images, photos, sound, video or any other materials (collectively called "content") that is posted on the Global Entertainment Marketplace remains the property of the
businesses and individuals using our services.
Content submitted to us to be published (also called "posting") on the Global Entertainment Marketplace and all affiliated websites, you hereby grant OPS a nonexclusive,
worldwide, royalty free, limited license to use, modify, publicly exhibit, promote, reproduce, and distribute such content through our services.
Ownership of independently contributed commentary, reviews, and other written works shall remain with the author of such works. You hereby grant OPS a nonexclusive,
worldwide, royalty free, indefinite license to use, modify, publicly exhibit, promote, reproduce, distribute, and archive such content through our websites.
You represent and warrant that:
(a) You own or is authorized to use the content provided to OPS.
(b) The posting of such content does not violate the privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, or any other rights of any business or individual.
OPS shall not be held liable for royalties, fees, and all monies owed to any persons for use of such content.
OPS owns and retains all rights in the Global Entertainment Marketplace excluding content licensed to us by our licensors. We grant website visitors a limited,
nontransferable license to display such content solely for viewing the Global Entertainment Marketplace.

paid or will be discharged or paid by you or persons other than OPS.
You are solely responsible for all content you provide to OPS and all communications to other members through electronic, written, verbal, or through your postings in our
listings and forums.
OPS assumes no responsibility for the content provided to us, the conduct of the members submitting such content, and makes no such warranties, expressed or implied, to
the accuracy and reliability of the content, material, or information provided.
Content submitted by physical means, such as videotapes or diskettes, will not be returned and will become the property of OPS and may be discarded without notice.

The following is a list of activities and content that is prohibited from the Global Entertainment Marketplace. This is only a partial list and should not be assumed to be
complete. Prohibited activities and content includes, but is not limited to:
(a) The promotion of bigotry, racism, hatred, or physical harm to any group or individual.

(f) Content containing nudity or links users into an adult website.
(g) Submitting content belonging to someone else without the proper authorization to do so.
(h) The promotion of illegal activities including child pornography, fraud, drug dealing, stalking, gambling, or violating the rights of a business or individual.
(i) Unauthorized use of another members 10-digit ID Code.
(j) Impersonating another member, person, or entity.
(k) Using the services provided by OPS that may be inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations.
Commercial and Noncommercial Use:
You may not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other information by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited SPAM email, faxes,
or calls to such businesses and individuals using our services.
Copyright and Licensing:
You must have written or verbal consent by the copyright holder(s) or authorized parties of content provided to all OPS affiliated websites to post, modify, distribute, or
reproduce their content.
Disputes:
You are solely responsible for all communications and interactions with other members and non-members of the Global Entertainment Marketplace and all affiliated
websites. OPS may request to monitor such disputes at our sole discretion.
Privacy Policy:
The information you provide to OPS is used to promote your talents and your endeavors. This information is not sold to or shared with any third-party entity. You may choose
not to provide certain information. When participating in promotional campaigns, surveys, or polls found on this website, you may be required to provide your personal contact
information. This information is used solely to contact the winners of such promotions and provide them with the prizes if applicable.
Many of our listings will provide a contact form, if you use this form, you are hereby authorizing us to forward your messages to the intended recipient.

account information, or other personal information to OPS or any of our members. We will never ask you for this information and you should never disclose this information.
Online fraud is unavoidable despite our efforts to review and verify has much as we can. It is strongly suggested that you contact an attorney or use written contracts when
conducting business among each other. Buyer beware and use due diligence.

OPS is not liable for the accuracy of the content provided to us by our licensors. Links provided to us will direct you to third-party websites in which OPS may not be affiliated
with. If you access these third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. OPS is not liable for hardware, software, or all other technical malfunctions related to the use of our
services. Under no circumstances will OPS be liable for any loss or damage, including personal injury, death, or failed business transactions resulting from the use of the
Global Entertainment Marketplace. In no event shall OPS aggregate liability under this Agreement for any claim exceed the amount of money you paid to OPS.
Additional Rights:
All rights, titles, and interests not expressly granted by OPS are expressly reserved by OPS, including the rights to:

(b) Contact your business, your affiliated partners, or your authorized representatives if applicable to verify your identity.
