1. Who can register and sign up for a talent archive?

Anyone employed in any aspect of the entertainment industry or desires to someday work in these industries. Sign up must be completed by the
individual talent or their contracted agent/manager.

2. How much does it cost?

Our basic services are FREE.

3. What are the requirements to register for a talent archive?

There are (2) requirements:

  • Complete the required form.
  • Submit at least (3) photographs with at least (1) of them of yourself. Actors, models,  performers and any similar profession must provide a
    minimum of (3) photos of yourself.

Contact us to make special arrangements if you do not have (3) photos available.

4. How do I maximize my personal exposure on the marketplace?

Basically the more involved you are, the more you'll get in return.

5. How do I know what my status is?

Your listing will contain methods labeling:

  • Members are identified by their active or inactive status. An inactive status means that particular GEM member has not used our services
    within the last (6) months or has had NO contact with us in that time frame.
  • Members can be certified or uncertified. A certified GEM member has submitted a signed certification release form certifying their identity,
    the information provided to us, and ownership or legal rights to their media.
  • Members can be in good standing or in not good standing. Standings can be affected by discrepancies with their products, failing to follow
    through with their promotional campaigns, failing to keep their information up to date, making false claims, spam, and violating our terms.
    Members must remain in good standing to remain part of our system.

6. Can I add my own layout and graphics?

We can work with you on this but the basic layout is provided to keep it simple.
