This website is owned and operated by Opt Pro Services LLC, a Hawaii-based company. We were founded to offer artists and businesses an
opportunity to advertise and promote without burdening their marketing budget or being lost in the clutter that litters the world wide web. We believe
sometimes you have to create your own opportunities and make your own fortune happen. This is the support network to help you.
Our listings can include everything about yourself, your career, your business ventures, and the projects you put your hard work behind.
Announcements are headlined throughout the website which rotate accordingly. The general public and other professionals will have easy access to
your information and your listings. No sign up or membership is required to browse and search the website.

We do have one exception but we mainly do this:
Basically we do it to keep things simple and to combat issues before they become problems.

Every company or organization who desires this access is required to negotiate a partnership agreement with us to determine its terms. A partnered
company or organization will be provided with a special FTP user name and password and will be empowered to upload all authorized content. This
benefit gives greater flexibility to submit trailers, clips, and various forms of media.
6. What is not allowed to be listed?
We don't allow any unlawful businesses, events, or products to be listed. Users of the Global Entertainment Marketplace are responsible for
maintaining lawful behavior according to applicable state, federal, and international laws. You must be at least (18) years of age to register and list on
our website. Have your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) contact us if you are under this age and wish to join our talent directory. Individuals or
businesses that intentionally misrepresent themselves as others or defraud us or other users of the marketplace may be investigated for identity theft,
fraud, and other unlawful acts. Nude or graphically violent images shall not be permitted on this website.
7. How long does it take for submissions to be placed online?
Listings should be expected to be posted on GEM between a day and two weeks.
8. What are my capacity limitations?
You can freely submit and post as much media or content as you wish to. Capacity limitations means if we reach our website capacity without showing
adequate growth or we determine it is unsustainable to maintain our current strategy then:
(a) We may limit the amount of content allowed to you.
(b) We may discontinue specific services in its entirety.
