All registered GEM members who remains in good standing with us is eligible.

2. What if I don't have any money to spend?

Most of our services are FREE.

3. How does it work?

Selling advertisements on the Global Entertainment Marketplace is NOT our business. If you are an individual talent currently working in any aspect of
the entertainment industry and/or you own a legally recognized business or organization, you can advertise on GEM for
$0 no matter how big or small
you may be. There are several ways to advertise here.

  • BASIC REGISTRATION: You can register yourself, your business or organization, and submit media (motion picture/music) for FREE. All
    registered archives and listings are promoted either randomly or by priority throughout our website. If we are not provided with the adequate
    web graphics and materials to advertise and promote you then odds are you will not receive these great benefits.

  • AD EXCHANGE PROGRAM: If you wish to be advertised on GEM without registration, we will be happy to do so if you are willing to add our
    advertisement on your website.

  • BARTER PROGRAM: Do you wish to trade goods or services without exchanging money?

4. What is a barter agreement?

It's an agreement to trade goods or services without exchanging money.  

5. How do you determine what and who to advertise?

Advertising here is primarily based on priority.

  • How frequently are you using our services?
  • When did you make your submission?
  • How long have you been using our services?
  • Are you certified or uncertified?
  • Are you in good standing?  
  • How much content did you provide to us?
  • Are you actively involved with the website?

6. What can I offer in my promotional website campaigns?

It must abide by applicable laws.

7. What are the rules for my promotional website campaigns?

All campaigns must be approved by us prior to implementation on this website. GEM handles all campaign activity to maintain the integrity of GEM
although we may waive this requirement from time to time. We DO NOT ever share the information collected from the entries to anyone. It is used only
to award the winner(s) with their prizes.

8. How do these promotional website campaigns work?  

Although there is no definitive right or wrong way to approach a promotional website campaign, you should consider these options:

  1. You can donate your item (a DVD, CD, merchandise, posters, and autographed memorabilia) or offer a special discount if applicable.  
  2. You can barter (exchange services) with us.
  3. You can negotiate with us to purchase the item outright. It's sponsorship will be put up for bid at which time the supplier of the item can earn up
    to 50% of all excess revenues.
  4. You can acquire a third-party sponsorship for your campaigns.

9. Where will my promotional website campaign be placed?

Campaigns will be listed in our contest section.

10. Will the media I exhibit or screen have advertisements on it before it plays?

Qualifying members can acquire their own advertisers or sponsors. This depends on if YOU can sell the advertisements. You negotiate your own
deals, acquire your own advertisers or sponsors, charge your own rates, and edit and package everything together. Advertisements should not
exceed (15) seconds in length. Here's the best part, you keep all of your advertising revenues. You will ultimately be responsible for fulfilling all
agreements you have with your advertisers or sponsors so be sure to coordinate your efforts with us.

If you submit media as third-party videos (such as YouTube), you are NOT permitted to sell advertisements with your media clips. Only qualified
members are permitted to sell advertisements that will play before your media. To become qualified, you must purchase media capacity on GEM.
Advertisements are subject to GEM approval.  

11. What is your electronic media specifications?

We allow the following types of advertisements:

  • Skyscrapers should be 120 pixels x 600 pixels
  • Wide banners should be 560 pixels x 105 pixels
  • Full banners should be 468 pixels x 60 pixels (Preferred)
  • Wide skyscrapers should be 160 pixels x 600 pixels
  • Buttons should be 135 pixels x 135 pixels  

Please provide the URL link you wish for your advertisement to be linked to. You must submit a GIF or JPEG and we permit them to be animated or
looped if necessary.
